Matthew does amazing work. I'm so in love with his cheeses and bacon and steaks and bratwurst (omg). The bologna is wonderful as are all of the deli meats he makes. I'm so spoiled. My life is never going to be the same.

Great meats and cheeses. Matthew and his family are the best. A true blessing just to meet and talk with them. The aroma of the meats on the drive home made me want to eat everything before I got home. Thank you Matthew we will be back. Steven from California and my co worker Trevelle from Virginia.

While the products sold here are good, the service is incredibly shocking. Due to COVID, my partner and I wore masks in the shop, which clearly angered the owner. After being standoffish and cold toward us, he told us not to wear our masks, to which we replied that we were doing our due diligence. He continued to be hostile, did not want to answer questions and clearly wanted us out of there. I don’t think I’ve ever felt so uncomfortable in a business. I do not recommend this as a place to stop.

Very delicious and impressive meats and cheeses. He's a nice man who kept giving me samples while I waited. God blessed this place and the hard workers here! Highly recommend the summer sausage and smoked cheddar.
