knowagable, and fixed my sled quick for a fair price
The guys at RVI are very knowledgeable and kind even to a brand new motorcycle rider like myself. Roger is upfront and honest about what needs to be done verses what can wait and I had no issue leaving my new to me motorcycle in his hands.
Roger almost always has what you need. If not they can usually order it.

Well, I'm not sure what that Unhappy guys issue was? If he spent thousands over years to figure something out? Speaks for itself, lol! I couldn't be happier with the service that RVI ( Roger ) provides. Many times, he'll stop what he's doing, come outside and fix something before I can get it off of my trailer. The man is an absolute genius when it comes to things petroleum powered, and will get you out the door cheaper and quicker than anyone else in the area. If the business needs anything, it's a few more people even HALF as hard working and honest as him to help with the load. He answers the phone, sells retail and fixes every machine virtually by himself. Every day. Which that guy would have known if he had done any kind of business at all with them. Anyone who rides snowmobiles and dirt bikes knows that they are most likely going to break in some way or the other, and the fix isn't always perfect either. Lighten up, Buttercup.
