A perishable gift was left at my granddaughter’s house in an inappropriate place at 8:30 at night in 18* temps. The mailman didn’t take it to the door or let them know he was leaving it. It froze and is completely ruined and this USPS tells me they will do nothing to make a good on their goof.
They have it hard and usually try their best.
My packages were being delivered to the front apartment but after brining it to their attention it was fixed. The lady was extremely nice.
I go there all the time. Folks are friendly and helpful. Compared to a big city post office this is a dream.nnLove Bath, great post office.
I don't understand how hard it is to READ an address on a package and deliver it to the CORRECT building!!!!!. 5 packages now delivered to the wrong building in a 3 week time period. This time they didn't even bother to put it on anyones porch they leaned it on the back side of someones house on the ground. I understand that this is a busy time of year, but I have already called twice asking that the package delivery person pay better attention and gave them exactly where the correct building is. Monday I will be calling and speaking to someone else.
