I am in the process of purchasing a home and moving back to the area and have called and spoken to Ashley about a dozen times with my thousands of questions about the process of moving my auto insurance from NC to ME and now to discuss home insurance. I am absolutely blown away by her kind, patient and professional demeanor throughout our conversation. I was a bit nervous to call with so many questions while I am not currently a client as I have had a handful of not so great experiences with my current agent but I was absolutely put at ease and she was ready and willing to answer every one of my questions.nnI certainly intend to place my business here and am confident I will be well taken care of.

Buyer beware. This company is not trustworthy. When I took out my policy 2 years ago, I asked very specifically about a coverage I wanted on my auto policy. I was assured that the policy included the coverage, but when I needed it, I was told the coverage was limited and requires reimbursement. My fault for not paying closer attention to the fine details, but that is why I asked the question. I am concerned about what I may have missed in my home policy, and I learned the hard way, that I cannot trust what I was told by a charlatan. The only reason I gave them one star is because zero is not an option.
