First 2 times I went was awesome but the 3rd time was horrible. They argued with me about the type of nails I had. I only get dipped. Then she told me my nails were long enough that I didn't need tips. Then she wasn't gonna put tips on and it took forever to make her understand what I wanted. Nails are not smoothed and they were not even. She complained the whole time about doing the nails. I will not be back. I will find another location. Plus they never charged the same price.
First time experience. Went there with BFF. Asked for the same thing but did not get the same thing. I wanted callus removed, BFF got hers done not me.. Our messages were different and lotions as well.. There was a language barrier which made it difficult to ask questions as they did not answer what was asked or know what to do upon entering. We both wanted gel but only 1 of us got gel nails. There were 3 techs and lots of customers so it was back and forth between each, us with our pedicures and others getting their manicured.
Went for pedicures. They have a few different options for types of pedicures, which is very nice. We enjoyed the modern spa pedicure with gel polish. Definetly will be coming back. They even have some princess mani and pedi (for children 10 and under) along with children pedi spa seats. I will be bringing my daughter next time :)
Melissa is absolutely amazing. I am very picky when it comes to my nails, she does them perfect every time!
