I've had the pleasure of working with Mr. Mogul in recent months on a real-estate issue. Mr. Mogul and his staff were very professional, focused, efficient and successful. I would not hesitate to work with Mr. Mogul again if the situation ever presented itself.

While visiting from the West Coast, my wife and I unexpectedly found ourselves involved in a real estate rental dispute that could not be resolved before we returned home. We found Steve online and were able to meet with him quickly. Steve immediately put us at ease, listened carefully as we described our situation, and suggested a practical and cost-effective strategy for resolving the dispute. We found Steve, his office, and the members of his staff we interacted with to be both professional and easily approachable. Our matter was resolved to our satisfaction and almost exactly as Steve predicted at our initial meeting.nAlthough we only visited Steve's office twice before we had to return home, and almost all of our dealings with Steve and his office were by mail and email, we feel we now have friends in Maine, and know where to turn if we ever need legal assistance there again. We recommend Steve and his firm most highly.

I highly recommend Steven Mogul. Having to get a lawyer in the first place was extremely stressful for me & something I never thought I would need. Steven was very helpful and inspired confidence from day one. He was in regular communication with me and responded to my questions along the way. If ever I needed a lawyer again, though I pray I dont, I would rehire Steven Mogul in a second. Very attentive, helpful, thorough and available for anything I needed. His heart is in this job and I find that important! He will put his all into your case and make it the smoothest ride possible.
