I like he company, outreach for sales and products is a lil off putting at times but we all have our jobs to do. Better rates than competitors. A lot of the time when I try to call the local office it ends up routing me to a call center, which isn’t a bad thing I would just prefer to talk to my local person compared to someone in a call center across the world.

Quite possibly one of the worst companies I ever had to deal with.nThe good new is that Liberty’s blatantly dishonest and abusive behavior prompted us to shop for alternative coverage.nLiberty had our , home , auto, boat, snowmobiles, and million $ umbrella. We move everything to Hanover and saved nearly $3,000 the first year!! In addition to the “free $” all of the coverages were superior to what we had with Liberty.nRun from these clowns! You won’t regret it.nBad people...
