This company was recommended by my cousin who had a wonderful working experience. They were very helpful in helping me decide on granite for the kitchen and 2 baths. Also, they were spot on in doing the work when they said they were going to...which can be somewhat rare these days.
I was supposed to have counters installed in February. It is now April and I cannot even get a call back. I've tried to call multiple times and get no answer and the mailbox is full. My husband has texted and called multiple times and not one return call. But they're holding onto to my money. I've never experienced such an unprofessional business. If you are overextended maybe tell your clients. Maybe don't take the job. But don't take my money and then ghost me.
Rich supplied a granite desk top for me. I dropped off the measurements, picked out a piece of granite, and he had it ready withing 24 hours. Looks great!
Rich and his crew have installed numerous counters for me, supplied shower benches and thresholds. Very reliable, great service and the best prices around. Highly recommend!
