They didn't have 95% of the cheeses on their menu? I just wanted some cheese on my steak oh and they didn't have the seasoning for my steak. I also had to ask the hostess for our bill, because our waitress hadn't been around since we first started eating? Plus there was no side salad option with a full meal. Last but but not least there was no toilet paper in the ladies room.
The Waite time was 15 min & then in 1 min we were seated & the waitress was out standing. She went above and beyond to help us out. Food was delicious. Cooked just right. Will return soon..
Service was good food not so much. Some was burnt and what wasn't burnt was not very good to be honest. Mac n cheese was the best tasting thing. Would give 2.5 stars if I could.
Love the food, the staff and the atmosphere. Always clean, calm and relaxed setting. Love, love the shrimp dip!!
Ordered curbside to go thinking it would be quicker than takeout. Boy was I wrong. No designated spot for curbside pickup. Email did not say that you had to call to get your order. Really? Ruby Tuesday take a page out of Applebee's book and get it together. Will never order from there again.
