Service at the post office itself is great, but the delivery drivers either fail to deliver my packages at all or loose them alltogether. They even mark them delivered when they are not, frequently. Very frustrating when you're waiting on something you need asap..
Simply the best postal experience I’ve encountered in all the places I have lived. They are a shining testament to the community spirit in Maine and should serve as an aspirational example to the rest of the USPS.
These folks are the very very best - always welcoming, professional, helpful and cheery. We are very lucky here in Rockport, Maine.
