Excellent customer service! All they care about is the positive outcome of their work and their customers' satisfaction. The assigned technician I worked with was very considerate and professional. He fixed my fridge that was not cooling at a very reasonable price. I was so surprised by the result of the repair. It was a perfect repair. Coleman the service tech of Thermador Group was great! Fast and efficient. Can't beat his prices! He arrived as scheduled and finished the job perfectly. A very competent and pleasant service technician from Anderson at Thermador Group repaired my refrigerator leak this week. It is at least the second time they have provided appliance service for me, and I have been extremely pleased each time. When I called to make an appointment, a very helpful lady was able to schedule me in a timely manner.
Very professional and quick! I called Thermador Group because my dryer was broken and needed a repair. The technician came in, fixed it in under five minutes, and it worked well as new.
