I’m getting a LIVE bird tomorrow and am trying to call to let them know that it’s gonna be arriving tomorrow but no one will answer and have called four times. Someone really needs to whip there management into shape.
I filled out the form to have our mail held for 2 weeks while we were away and turned it in. It was supposed to be delivered on Saturday after we returned. It wasn’t. On Monday, it still wasn’t delivered. We called the post office three times over the course of an hour. We let the phone ring for several minutes. No one ever picked up. This isn’t the first time we have had this happen. Frustrating.nnOur original mail person that we have had for several years did a great job. Now, we never know when we will get our mail or if we will get our mail at all at times.nnWe have had our mail delivered to a neighbor with important tax forms that we needed. We have also gotten other neighbors mail in our box several times.
Out of the ten times I've called the 892 number, never gotten an answer. Step it up
I used to be able to use a local number and get a meaningful answer. The 800 number goes to a voice activated mess. I am hearing impaired and this is awful and not at all functional. I ended up swearing and hanging up.nnI am unable to get useful advice about whether flat rate or parcel post is cheaper. The new web pages do not provide adequate help or information.
This post office is terrible. Twice my package was sitting at the post office and wasn't even scanned out for delivery. I have complained but got nowhere with that. And nobody knows why my package wasn't delivered on time, then they say it's not guaranteed to be delivered on time, and then oops we are sorry but someone must not seen it. So someone must not seen it twice already. I always get my neighbors mail too. I can't wait what the future holds for me living in Windham!
