I love starting my mornings off at NEFA! The classes are challenging & their instructors are extremely professional and meet you exactly where you're at in your physical practice. They motivate you to push yourself and strive for growth, physically and mentally! Their community is unlike anything that I've ever seen before in a gym facility, warm, welcoming, hilarious, supportive and feels like family from day one!
LOVE this gym and the trainers! I’ve been going since they opened and I can’t recommend it enough. New equipment and a huge facility with plenty of room. I love the classes and always feel like I get a great workout!
Such a great place! Super clean! NEFA has such a strong commitment to the community, providing great programming for youth all the way to seniors. They are always participating in and hosting community events for a number of different causes.
Love the strength camp and Tabata workouts at NEFA! The trainers are awesome. Everyone is welcoming and friendly. It's definitely not an intimidating environment to work out in. I get a great sweat on and a smile every time I come to NEFA. SO glad I found this place!
I joined the NEFA community a little over a year ago and I’m so grateful I did! I never got excited to go to the gym before but now I look forward to my workouts thanks to all the amazing trainers and people at NEFA. The classes are fun, motivating and I love the variety offered. Thank you NEFA for all you do!!
