Horrible!! I have been established patient since they opened. I have cleanings 4x year as covered by insurance. I have had dental pain in tooth that placed crown on and they cannot get me in for 3 weeks... totally unacceptable! Dr Kim is no longer seeing patients he is just managing practices I was told... well he is not doing a good job and no one informed me he would no longer be my dentist. I will certainly not be referring any of my patients to this practice as I have done in the past!!!

Doctor Wenzel and his assistant Kelly went the extra mile for me. They took the time during my last appointment today to make sure that it fit correctly, without just sending me on my way. I have observed something from the chair that you usually don’t see; Kelly appears to know what Doctor Wenzel needs while they painlessly do what they do best. I appreciate the outstanding customer service form the office staff. I am very happy with the overall experience. In my opinion, you won't be disappointed..

From the moment You walk in, Alana, Casey and the front reception/office crew are friendly, smiling and happy to greet you: seeing happy employees, to me, means a patient/customer is going to get the best treatment, services and care because they take PRIDE in a job they love. Flexibility in scheduling and promptness from waiting room is second to none, i arrive early and there's no endless sitting in the waiting room.nI've had three appointments in two months, it is a very clean area, professionalism and confidentiality are clearly common practices.nBianca gave me a very thorough cleaning and so personable.nKelly, the Dental Assistant was fantastic and right in synch with the Dentist himself, not to mention very kind and patient with me.nThe extraction day, less than a week ago, by the Amazingly Gentle, informative and friendly Dentist,nDr. BRADFORD WENZEL, has truly raised the bar in chairside manner. He and his assistant were always in sight and reach, and always asking if I'm doing ok and feeling alright. I did not feel rushed at all.nHaving a molar extracted is never a pleasant experience, honestly, i was wide awake and never felt it come out.nSo, if you are not a patient at Roosevelt Dental, what are you waiting for?nKudos to all the staff who keep the well-oiled practice running smoothly.nTotal deserving 5 stars!nThank you R.D.
