We were here a few weeks ago doing a pic of order and had ordered about 13 meals. we had a bit of kids to feed, so the order was quite large. I was impressed they were able to do everything without messing up anything huge. The ones who brought our food to the curb are very nice and we did not have to wait at all. The ordering online and the curbside pickup was great. Our food though, the food was ehh, kind of on the small side it seemed, and they didn't label anything so we got back to the house It was hard to figure out which food was for who without manhandling each other's food. Some of us even ate food that was in ours and figured out halfway through and switched it. But mainly the food was okay and didn't seem the right portions for Applebee's we've been there plenty of times, but this was definitely underwhelming.

Christmas eve they sent my family home with over cooked food. I mean you could see it was burnt from 10ft away while still in container yet they sent it out the door anyway. Contacted store following business day and manager and asked for a refund and he said they'd correct it and asked for my email. Today a gift certificate for half the value of the food that was not edible was in my email. Not sure why only a partial credit was given when I offered to bring food back in so they could see what their emoyees were trying to pass of as edible! Deleted old one star review for this updated 1 star review!

The wait is always long when ordering online. Specifically tonight, we have been waiting for an hour now for our food that we ordered online with a pick up time of 6:30. I called several times to figure out what the hold up was. The first few times they didn’t even answer the phone. When I finally got a hold of someone, they claimed that their printer broke. How the f#%k does that affect making food?! It’s not that hard to pay attention to the orders coming in from the internet and write them down on paper. This is THE WORST SERVICE I have ever received, and we will not be doing this again.
