The ladies at the desk are very nice and helpful but the carriers are constantly losing my packages, putting them on my neighbors steps, or over packing the parcel locker in front of my mobile home park, thus destroying my packages and often damaging the contents. The package carrier(s) responsible need to be retrained or fired, enough is enough.
The postal clerks are excellent, especially Michael. The rural route carrier, especially William, is awesome. They put up with a lot. They give great service. They are greatly appreciated.
Amazing customer service at this location! I was called from the lady working here (didn't catch her name)that the package that was picked up at my house that morning had been damaged by rain and wanted to know if I wanted to come in and repack it. I came in that afternoon after work and re-boxed it with no charge for the new box and she made sure it made it on the departing truck for delivery.nnUnfortunately I usually don't have good experiences with USPS in general, but this lady made my day and I felt I needed to write this and thank her.
