We've lived in Mechanic Falls since 2006, and the staff at this small town post office have always been friendly and helpful. We've been on a first-name basis with our carrier for years now and love the little interactions we have.nnI have visited the inside desk and done the typical pick ups and deliveries requiring a little extra help, never had any issues or problems. Whoever was covering the front-desk has always been helpful.nnA couple times a year we're looking for an important piece of mail and call early in the morning so we can pick up before it goes out with the carrier. Never had a problem doing this. They've always been happy to help.

This is the worst service I have ever gone through to talk to an agent in the postal service will not call this postal service back I will find another postal service to deal with period! They are not friendly as far as the topics and it was quite aggravating! I will not! Call this again!
