I have had my insurance with Harrington-Hoch for many years. Debbie Robinson and the team at Harrington-Hoch have always treated me and my family as one of their own. One of many examples-Several years ago my mother and father were involved in a serious accident with a non-licensed driver. Debbie and her team handled every detail with professionalism and care! Allowing me and my family to focus on my father and his recovery! Couldn’t ask for ANY better.....Debbie is truly the best!!!!

I have used Harrington Hoch for my business and personal insurance for many years. They are always so professional and helpful each and everytime I have had an issue. This is why I use a company like Harrington Hoch, they deal with the issues and I don’t have to.

Debbie Robinson has been supposed to call me to get a new insurance policy since the 5th of April. Today is April 9th and it’s past business hours. Did I hear from Debbie about a new policy after Melissa told me Wednesday she would call back Thursday when she returned to the office and I had left her a message? NOPE and it’s Friday! Thank god I called Liberty Mutual to get a policy going since H&H couldn’t return a call to a customer they have had for at least two years LOL. Also, a bonus for me because it is $40 cheaper and I have renters insurance as well now! WIN for me, but a loss for y’all and your business because I will be spreading the word. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! Shoutout to Melissa and Debbie for NOT doing their jobs accordingly!
