I love this place. The staff are all friendly and compassionate. The docs are professional but light hearted. My hygienist is the best, she makes sure I'm happy with my cleanings. They make you feel comfortable and welcome! I got a deep clean when I first went in and they did fantastic, it was like night and day. Now my usual cleanings are painless and quick because of the explanations and instructions I was provided. Really appreciate the staff and this business overall.

The staff at Dr. Parkers office are amazing. They are so courteous, friendly, and always have a smile. Dr. Parker is fantastic and her energy level is just right from the morning into the late afternoon. If you are looking for a new place for your dental needs I would recommend this place to anyone! Wow I was pleasantly surprised! The part of my tooth had broken off yesterday and I hadn't been to the dentist in a long time. I searched for emergency dentistry and I got several options but the highest reviews came from Richmond family dentistry. You know reviews can be misleading because sometimes people saynegative things when they're at fault and other times people praise when they should really leave a more honest and forthright review that's a little less than perfect. Having said that, every positive thing that is written about this practice is true. From the telephonic assistance I received last evening in making an appointment; to how I was greeted in the office, the treatment I received in the back by the specialist and the doctor, everything was superlative. I highly recommend if you're looking for a dentist to come to this practice because they're kind and understanding. They make you feel at ease and they help answer any questions that you have. I no longer had dental insurance but they showed me how, as a cash patient, I could save as a cash patient by buying an inexpensive dental plan. I want to thank Charity, who did my filling and reconstructed the area of my tooth that had fallen out, for her meticulous work: I'm as good as new! Also I want to thank Dr Amber for taking the time to educate me about the various options that I had. Also I want to thank Hannah who helped me get all my paperwork straight and set up future appointments.
