We employed Bains for well over 10 years for pest control and termite control. They installed a Sentricon Sytem for termite protection. They inspected our home on a regular basis. When we placed our home up for sale and moved to North Carolina , the buyers found very serious termite infestation. Bains would not stand by their product. We suffered a large financial penalty. We would never recommend Bains.

Every once in a while Bain comes to my apartment building and checks apts randomly. I DID NOT HAVE BED BUGS UNTIL THOSE PEOPLE CAME!!!! THEY BROUGHT THEM IN WITH THEM!!!!!!!!

Today the wind is blowing over 15mph. I am watching their techs trying to spray the buildings and watching clouds of chemical over spray being blown around. My opinion is using this company was a mistake.
