I just called to make an apt for an ongoing issue and the lady of the phone was so rude and made me feel like I wasn’t welcome and my problem wasn’t enough! Second time this office treated me with no respect . I’m so done! Looking for a new office!

The staff of Baptist health medical group are outstanding. They treat you with compassion, respect, and efficiency. Melanie, Erin, Dr Bacala, and Tammy NP are amazing. Excellent compassionate care.
