They don’t investigate properly, and they are corrupt! No wonder they are rated one the worst departments in Illinois!

They were really great the were gentle with the cuffs they were nice definitely would get arrested again by them when they have me on my belly they were nice and the even helped me up afterwards and then they brought me to their fancy car and opened the door and helped me not to bump my head . Then they gave me a place to take shelter and gave me a nice meal all for free really willing men to do this
