The worst experience ever to do the most simple tasks. Their website is awful and their customer support help line in awful. I tried to modify an existing registration online and couldn't do it via website. Once I found the right page with support helpline, the page wouldn't load. The website is NOT intuitive. Had to be on the phone for 20 minutes while someone tried to help me. That person notified me my credit card information was out of date. but couldn't help me update. Nor could that person help me figure out how to do it on the website. Transferred me again. Another 15 minute wait for customer support. Still waiting to change my credit card information. Still haven't found it on the website. Ridiculous.
