Okay customer service but could use some improvements. Aside from customer service being okay they do a great job about being swift and informing of package details(prices, size, weight).nn*Note*nPackages containing batteries or compressed gases can not be shipped from this location.
Went to the service desk at Hy-Vee to buy a book of stamps. It was very handy.
I have never in my life seen this level of incompetence, or just straight out disrespectful handling of people's items. The way they just throw items in the package boxes is ridiculous I would like to grab one of them and handle them the same way they handled my ALL GLASS CANDLES THAT WERE RECEIVED BROKEN!
Great customer service! They have wonderful people working at the HyVee
I called them to ask a question, was interrupted in order to get sent to the person I needed apparently (and probably I do get that the person answering usually has to transfer), problem being he immediately put me on hold and I hung up after nearly 7 minutes of dead air. Their customer service could use some work.
