Happily, happily found everything I was looking for and what I could not they ordered for me and notify me when it was in. Includes books Blu-rays DVDs music! They have it all
Whille the collection is not enormous (and recent trimming of the collection has made this more apparent), the Rock Island library is still my favorite in the QC. The reason is the staff. They employ the most wonderful people who take care of some very delicate situations with ease. Programming is also excellent, especially for young readers.
Knowledgeable and Helpful Staff.
Staff needs improvement. The lady in the children's room is friendly and helpful. Otherwise, I would avoid the main desk. Just search the catalogue yourself and use the self-checkout.
Fantastic staff, great programs and wonderful selection of materials.
