Kay's is honest and trustworthy. I had another jeweler try to basically tell me that piece of jewelry was only worth $250, Kay's looked at it and told me that it was worth roughly $6000 and they probably sold the ring originally. They also said I would be smart to send the jewelery to an appraiser to have it valued, so I did.

My fiance and I worked with Diana. She was excellent! She helped educate us about the 4 C's of diamond shopping and showed us several gorgeous diamonds. When Kay didn't have what we wanted to look at in store, she ordered it in to the store. Diana was professional and followed up with us weekly by phone. I highly recommend shopping Kay and working with Diana!
