I am so happy to have worked with Blair throughout my pregnancy and after, and let me tell you why!nBlair encouraged me to work with her throughout my second pregnancy so that I could avoid the tailbone and back pain that I had experienced with my first baby. And boy did she deliver! She tailored her therapy not only to my goal of improving or avoiding pain, but to helping my body heal faster and become stronger post delivery. Have you ever felt excruciating mid back pain while nursing or carrying your baby? SOLVED! She truly delivered with a combination of a hands on therapy and a home regimen that wasn’t time consuming or overwhelming. I still incorporate much of what she taught me in my routine exercise and movement. I felt armored with knowledge in becoming a strong mama for my kids. Ruuuunnn to get some time with Blair! Your pregnant and ppm body with thank you!

After having my second child, I was suffering from pain, discomfort, and other issues related to delivering big and healthy baby boys. When Blair evaluated me, I didn't know exactly was to expect but she was so reassuring, professional, and comforting. She provided me with so many tools to help me address my issues and continuously followed up with me to see how I was doing. With Blair's help, I feel like I did before having kids (well, with the exception of my Mom Brain but not sure anything is going to help that!). I would highly recommend Blair and get services to anyone who is struggling during pregnancy and postpartum recovery. You don't need to feel lousy, just because you had kids!!!

I got in touch with Blair through Facebook and she promptly (within minutes) answered my questions. She treated me through Zoom during the pandemic and was super attentive to responding to my questions via email. She listened and responded to all my seemingly innocuous details and provided amazing care in a really unique way. None of the pelvic PTs I've seen have been able to put together all the details of my postpartum journey to help me in an effective way the way she has.

I am thankful every day that Blair Evanosky is my physical therapist. I experienced a bimalleolar fracture this year (in other words, a broken tibia and fibula) which required surgery and 8 weeks of non-weight bearing thereafter. I’ve worked with Blair since the day I could start weight bearing. Blair is extremely smart. I have a constant arsenal of questions, and she answers each and every one of them in terms that I can understand. She is also extremely personable. It’s clear she cares for her patients and takes a lot of pride in her job. Working with Blair has allowed me to receive 1 on 1 help that I never would have received at a “traditional” physical therapy practice (in which the PT is seeing 2+ patients at a time.) She has greatly helped me increase my range of motion and heal appropriately. I give Blair (and Pregnancy & Postpartum PT) my highest recommendation.

I had many aches and pains associated with my pregnancy. I felt that this was just a normal thing as a result of just being pregnant. Blair was able to treat me and show me many techniques and stretches that helped tremendously right through to delivery and even helped treat and correct my posture and positioning with less pain after my son was born. I highly recommend her treatment plans. More women need to learn that aches, pains, leaks and weak muscles do not have to be the norm!
