Sub par experience. They do not follow up with requests for improved service. They don't treat weeds unless they get off their riding fertilizer machine, which goes way too fast to spot any weeds and my lawn was patchy all season. Suggest making sure you follow up with them if you ask for something.

I have been using lawn Doctor for 3 or 4 years now and my lawn looks great. I do mow and trim my own lawn but I don't go crazy weeding or watering. At first I was hesitant about spending the money for a fertilization service but it's money well spent. If you like a good looking lawn try it out you will like the results.nBob from Boston

I signed up for the program with the proposal sent over email. Without much knowing what i am signing up for. The guy had the first application of fertilizer, grub control and pesticide for crabgrass control. After that application my crabgrass exploded, now my yard is in worst condition after the application. Now they are suggesting to go with specific program on the crabgrass control that cost extra on the quote that was signed up by my wife.nnThey didn't perform the pesticide as they should have that would take care of the crabgrass, Also they applies fertilizer without checking if your soil needs it or not. That creates more fungicides so that they can overlay fungicide control programs on you.nnEvery service is extra money, the proposal is only stands for the fertilizer what a cook up program. I said i am not going to recommend you to anyone else. As a customer we own that right to spread the word or not. I choose not to do it. As i strongly believe that any business owner would understand our concern as a first time customer and would negotiate a middle path. You did not. It seems you are not interested in solving our problems rather you are just interested in selling cook up programs to novice customers like us and make us believe that everything is going to be fine if you keep spending your top earn dollars.nThe reason we chose any service to get the best or optimum benefits from the money that we spend. Simply it was not the case with your proposal and you tend to just charge up extra for the problem that we face. You continue to sell the service we don't need and on top you asks more money as the problem lies somewhere else.nnPlease do not tell that i threatened you. That is a big lie. We as customer reserve our right to share our opinion as the same moral ethics you reserve right to provide explanation. Don't spread false statement. I mentioned to you over the call that it was mistake my wife made by clicking on the approve programs on the email. She had no clue that she is activating the service. On the other side you tend to disregard our genuine concern. If you can do so now, what care you provide us in the future even if we stay on the program. A big Question mark.

I have been using Lawn Doctor for 2 years and have been pleased with their level of service and flexibility. They text me a day in advance of service and their call center is very responsive. Most recently the tech, Benjamin, called me to accommodate my need to have him delay service. When he arrived he walked the yard with me and we discussed remedial steps, increasing the duration of the irrigation. The yard even with this heat wave is looking surprisingly good.

Our lawn has never looked this good!nWe are thoroughly pleased with the variety of services. The proof of the value is in how many compliments we receive and how much we enjoy our beautiful yard. If we are not home when a service is being performed we receive a detailed description of the services delivered that day along with thoughtful (no pressure) recommendations. If we happen to be home during a visit we are also are greeted by the utmost professional individuals who cheerfully answer any questions we have.nWe are very happy to have found a lawn care company that is so responsive and provides such beautiful results!n100% recommend!!!
