We bought a stove from Barry and team in the summer of 2019. We had a great first winter with it but noticed that the enamel started to crack after the first 3 months of use. We called Barry and he handled it the only way it could be. He assured us that he would take care of it without a cost to us. This happened at the beginning of the pandemic, but Barry and team were proactive in their communication with us and flexible with the scheduling of the fix.nnManufacturing flaws happen and while it is frustratingthey can only be addressed with excellent customer service. That is where the retailer comes in. Barry and his team picked up the ball. We tell everyone if they are in the market for a wood or gas stove to go to Littleton Stove Shop.

This has been a nightmare ongoing for five weeks. The woodstove was installed an inch and a quarter too far into the room, an improper installation. Installers did not install the outsider air kit that I requested and paid for, which invalidates warranty, until I complained, and the kit was finally installed. They refuse to move the woodstove back to where it is supposed to be so that it is flush with the wall. This company cannot be trusted and do not deserve to be in business.

Over a year of numerous service calls on our Regency gas fireplace and the company response time being terrible and making it like it was us and not the generic fan they installed for us without telling us I got sick of a year + of the fan being incredibly loud, so you couldn't hear the T.V. I contacted another company and paid them over $500 to rectify the inferior job done by the Woodstove Fireplace business. Yes the generic fan was fine. Unfortunately, when they installed it, they threw out the Regency old fan and the needed bracket that keeps it stable so it didn't rattle constantly. I would never use this company again.
