I’ve never not had a problem here either returning my package for no reason or taking a month then saying it was lost
If I could give this post office zero stars I would. They are not very friendly and tacked on extra fees to a flat rate box without even asking me or explaining the fees. I didn't realize this until I had already paid and feel ripped off. Avoid at all costs.
Normal, North St Office: Great post office with a small town feel. Rarely as busy as the large PO in the area. Staff are polite and professional. Have shipped from this location, including international, and have never had a problem.
i go to this post office so often and everyone is so kind and helpful and has such a positive attitude. it really makes my frequent trips a good part of my day. thanks for your hard work!
You guys defiantly live up to your reviews. I understand you do have a job involving the public, and sometimes the public aren't so nice. However, when someone has a package that is lost and it's on the post office side, in the future don't be rude.
