Says it’s open and when you show up of course it’s closed. Time wasted I’ll never get back. And they wonder why people just ordering online.
Don’t waste your time with this location as customer service is non existent. Tried to return some items we ordered online and they had no clue what to do. Told me they could do anything with the order number or the prefer confirmation I received via email they need a specific number. The first lady to help me said sorry after about 20 min and told me I would need to wait for someone else. I suggested she should call the online number for the information she needed. I was told “you can call them it’s not my job” wow maybe you should not be in customer service.... when the manager finally came over I wasted another 45 min as she could help either finally I called customer service and they gave me the info and said they found it hard to believe the store couldn’t find the info by the order number. It took me over 2 hrs to return 3 items.... never again will I buy or deal with Kay’s...... #horrible #customer service #go #real #jewelry store.nEmployees are non existent here in Bloomington you have to coach them on what to do....
Do not buy a wedding ring from this Bloomington store. Management needs people skills class. Call customer service if you need any help by far pleasant to work with! Never again will I step foot in that store...
Don't waste your time here and money here.
Had a great experience working with Ryston and Ryland. They were very acknowledgable and informative. They made the shopping process a breeze . I look forward to working with them again in the future for my jewelry and watch needs.
