Thank you, so much, for your assistance with the 540 Devonshire fire last Wednesday early AM! As a result of a very rapid response time, the amazing care and concern for our wellbeing, and their wonderful professionalism during this crisis, we all managed to get to safety. These Officers continued to check in with us, offer any support needed, and was truly a comfort to have around. One Officer even worked with a Fire Fighter to save my bunny!!! Thank you!!!

Officers are professional, helpful and friendly. They really are here to serve and protect.

They are not service oriented... They are badge and gun oriented. Some of their officers need training in deescalting situations instead of escalating.
