Their compassion was unmatched. This being the first death that we ever had to deal with in our family I had so many worries about what needed to be done and if we were going to be pushed in directions that we didn't want to go. But none of that was true with them. We felt in control of what we wanted and safe to feel what we were feeling.
They were truly amazing to our family when my father passed away. They went above and beyond for us. They were without a doubt the best priced in town and it's truly rare to find that the most affordable place is also the one with the best customer service. My family and I are so thankful for them and that we found them in our time of need. Rarely do I write reviews but they deserve 5 stars and more. Thank you.
Hi my name is Lowell GwinnThe reason it took me so long to do this is I didnt know it was available.nMy father Don gwin passed Fe18 9 yrs ago and We also lost Dorothy Gwin my mom on July 27 the same yr. Kibler & Smith are the best in the area, still family owned. They took the best care of my parents and us. If we needed any thing they were there.Never pushed for money or settling bill, was able to pay them when we got it.nThey were Awesome not just one but all that worked there, so family oriented and polite, you say sure you were paying them But it wasnt like that, it was something I cant find words for. Awesome place and people Gods Speed
