Very impressed how staff has improved since my last to wash and detail my vehicle on 2/20/21. It’s been a good year since I’ve been there at least. I was ud83dudcaf% Satisfied with staff team & Very impress on how much they have improved automatic car wash system and cleans and gets Salt residue off from the roads to keep your vehicle clean and shiny just like you just bought off the car lot at the dealership. Had Interior detailing done at Bloomington center. The experience is very good except that they didn’t clean the Gear stick. They said they will do only what’s mentioned in their book. May be management need to add this to the interior detailing.
Drove up, the crew asked what I wanted and got right to work, quick and efficient, thorough, $25 full service in and out can't be beat. (Tip your service people!!!)
I usually love the job done here, today I had a wet seat. I still gave them a 5 star for fixing the problem.
The staff is NOT able to read OR take directions. Asked them to ONLY VACUUM the inside of my car. Even had a sign on each of the seats stating such. But yet, they apparently can NOT read OR they just do what ever the flip they want. NEVER EVER going back to this location. Idiots!!
