Dalzell customer service was great brought a watch and bracelet in for repairs. I was assisted by Diana who was very helpful she changed the watch battery while I waited as well as inspected the bracelet and gave me an estimate for repairs which includes replacing a stone with cleaning. VERY HELPFUL! definitely will be back.

Go here.nnA great big thank you to Rebecca for her patience, persistence, and professionalism as she helped me get a ring that I put on a finger past a joint that swelled to the point where home remedies (Windex, dental floss, coconut oil + twisting) did not work. They have a ring cutter, which was not an option in my case (sometimes works on titanium, will not work on tungsten-carbide). They have staff that is more valuable than the tools if you end up in a jam like me.nnIf you give them your business, know that you are supporting an operation that provides service far beyond what you'd find at a chain.

Julie was fantastic. Patient. Knowledgeable and accommodating. An extremely enjoyable experience. My wife and I were searching for rings for our Anniversary. Dalzell had a great selection, a wide variety in every price range, and they stayed open just to see that we were satisfied.

As they always have, Dalzell gave us great service and value! In this case they cleaned and repaired a wedding ring and gave us an appraisal on my wife's other three stone ring. Thanks for great service and professionalism! Be in again soon!

I am very appreciative of the fine service I received at Dalzell. I came in looking for a platinum wedding band to replace my original white gold band that had gotten too tight. I wanted to change the overall look , and Julie Luckenbill listened to what I wanted to look at and she provided several choices for me. I am happy with my band, and I feel that the platinum compliments the diamonds really nice. I am glad to start this relationship with Dalzell, as I will definitely be back for sizing and cleaning needs in the future.
