Consistently a great experience. Store has continued to meet and exceed expectations every visit. Employees are wonderful, store is clean and well stocked. Great environment.
We walked into the store and found three super cute books in the clearance section. Went to check out and had 4 people ahead of me. Two cashiers were checking people out. One of them was doing a return and it seemed to take a while. I waited fifteen minutes before I had to put my books down and leave because I couldn’t wait to check out. The cashiers were having full conversation with the customers they were helping and not being fast by any means. This is why I buy books from Amazon. They lost my business because they had 2 other employees standing by registers talking with the coworkers as well. I’m really disappointed but at least I know this can’t be a quick stop when I want new book.
I love being able to put a book in my actual hands before I buy it. This place is great has toys and music so a little something for everyone. We need to support this company before they are gone and all we have is online.
Absolutely a favorite place to roam. Staff was super friendly and helpful!
