They're super nice here! I came in with my dog and he had stepped in some ice melt. He was obviously in discomfort, and an employee came with a clean towel to help me wipe his paws off ud83eudde1 really made our day that someone could be so kind, especially on the clock.nnThey also always have great deals, and if you join the email group they have really good coupons!

Love this place! I come here all the time for my dog and just bought a fish. Everyone is always helpful and there’s always a sale of some sort going on ud83dudc4dud83cudffd

Very clean and well organized. Much appreciated. The gal helping me with fish clearly wasnt a fish expert, but was very helpful regardless of that. Great selection of fish foods.

Was verbally harassed by an employee to the point if being threatened. When I asked for a store manager I was made to wait for him to finish what he was doing, and then I was told that he would speak to the employee. Hardly an apology at all. When I called the district manager I was told that the employee was just having a bad day, and even though he had threatened me he would still be employed at the store. I was told they would send me some coupons or something to retain my business (which wasn't going to happen anyways), and I never even received those. I've never been treated so poorly by a business.

This pet supply store was surprisingly nice. The aisles are well laid out and the prices are comparable to prices for pet food and other supplies at other places. It was very quiet in there while I was in the last few times. It seems like this store isn't well known. I would encourage people to at least stop in and see what kind of pet foods and pet supplies they have and just get to know the place. It's a pretty convenient location near a couple of stores like a grocery store. There's plenty of parking too.
