Donna and her shop are such a GEM in Marengo! All of the items in her shop are intricate and unique in their own beautiful way. I have a handmade gemstone necklace that my mom gifted to me for a birthday years ago. I recently had it break and fall apart. I was so upset, jewelry becomes a special part of you!!!! I called a Donna, without hesitation she had told me to bring my item in for a free repair, no problem. Upon picking up my item, it was a Saturday & she had everything 50% off!! We went a little crazy that day but it was too easy with the cozy ambience of the 3 shops connected to the jewelry store and with the beyond friendly service of the crews tending each store. Donna makes one of kind pieces & if you can, you wont be upset that you stopped in to see what is there!

From the moment I walked in the door, Donna greeted me with pleasant hometown fashion. As a new resident to Marengo, I decided to check out a few local businesses.nDonna is very personable and accommodating. She had a large variety to browse. She offered to change hooks/posts on earrings if I wanted to see a different combination.nThis type of customer care goes a long way with me. I made a special purchase on my first visit that had to be ordered. Donna contacted me when it arrived and I made plans with her to stop in and take a look at the items. On the second visit Donna was patient and kind as she was caring for gifts for special people in my life and for a special occasion.nDonna made me feel as though it was just as important to her.nI will return and I would recommend shopping in Donna's Jewelry Box.
