I'm not big on writing reviews unless I really love a place or really hate a place, haha... in this case my review comes out of great love and appreciation for All Inclusivez. Specifically for our agent Eugene. He really went above and beyond for my husband and I for our honeymoon in Cancun. We stayed at El Dorado Maroma, a SUPER luxurious resort which turned out to be the kind of vacation that we could only dream of. It was romantic, scenic, and did I mention luxurious? I've honestly never been catered to this much... we had so much personal attention paid to us I thought they had mistaken us for celebrities or something. The resort in general goes out of it's way to be very personalized and attentive to your every need. Eugene made sure we got our own personal butler, his name was Ivan and we liked him so much we actually exchanged contact info at the end of the trip and we still talk to him several months after coming home. Ivan is awesome, if you can request him, make sure you do.nnWe stayed in a giant 2 story villa right on the beach, which was exactly what we wanted. My only tiny complaint is about the beach, it was a little smaller than we expected, but they did warn us about that when we were reviewing hotels... so that's our fault for ignoring their well meaning warnings. Regardless, everything was arranged perfectly, down to the very last detail. Eugene requested that we be greeted by our butler upon arrival with my husband's favorite tequila and boxes of my favorite chocolates (ferrero rocher's). Another example of VIP treatment was I think the second or third night. We were feeling super relaxed and didn't want to get dressed up to go out for dinner, so we called rooms service(which already had an amazing menu) and they told us that someone had arranged so that we could get anything we wanted from the sit down restaurants in the resort delivered to our villa. (That someone was obviously Eugene) and it was sooo cool to be able to get that special treatment and have our favorite garlic shrimp and lobster delivered to our room in large quantities lol.nnHowever, all else pales in comparison to this place's chicken quesadillas. I have NEVER in my life tasted something so delectable and utterly delicious. Easily the best food item I have ever had in my entire life. Over the course of 10 days, we ordered those chicken quesadillas at least 30 times. We were obsessed. I still have dreams about those damn quesadillas.nnThe point is All Inclusivez really took care of us, I am eternally grateful to them for making my honeymoon so amazing and unforgettable.
