In December of 2019 I booked a trip to France for June 2020. Sadly I had to cancel due to Covid. I asked my travel agent Beth a few questions about canceling. Her responses were abrupt and rude. She was friendly when I was paying money. She kept saying I should just contact the insurance company. I get it, Avanti lost a lot of money because of Covid. Acting rudely also causes you to lose returning customers. Needless to say, I won’t be using Avanti again.
The image of this place shown on Google Maps is totally incorrect. Travel Center should fix it. Is this an example of the professionalism we can expect?
