This is a good USPS which is not very much crowded. We can get our things done pretty fast. Have been there many many times and every time the people who work here was very friendly and very accommodating. I always prefer this USPS for any other location.
The customer service is impeccable, knowledgeable and courteous. The negative reviews are posted by self-centered morons that don't understand how the post office works.
The Korean lady here is very helpful. I had an international mail and she recommended the other envelope to reduce shipping costs.
I visited this post office many times and they are best !! Very kind and helped me a lot.
I came in here around 10:00 am with no one in line except one guy trying to ship one envelope. I am standing there for 10 minutes with a package and I am running late to a meeting. I finally get to the counter to pay for the package (international shipping) and the lady tells me to step out of line and fill out a form (I specifically put the address on the box beforehand!). I fill out the form and hand it to her and she now tells me she has to transcribe what I just wrote onto the computer…. Why is there no way for me to do that from the start? This is ridiculous! She then tells me that the words written in an international language have to be written in English or sound in English because she only has an English keyboard. Meanwhile she decides to sit for this process going at a turtle pace. I couldn’t believe it. The best part was once everything was done she tells me the price and it’s insane! $22 to ship to Eastern Europe a 1 lb package. That seems way excessive. This is the reason I hate the USPS system! Why are they not even trying to change?? I know its government run – but seriously! Why are we so behind in the times!
