Caroline and the rest of the staff were always pleasant. They listened to my concerns and treated me accordingly. My condition isn't very common so I felt she was truthful, understanding, and patient with me as she worked with me. I was a longer patient and she always asked for my input when it came to booking my appointments and my goals in treatment. Even with leaving therapy Caroline asked me to send her updates as my condition is something that I will be dealing with on the long term. She cares about my recovery and the journey that lies ahead of me.

I have seen Kim at Athletico Physical Therapy - Buffalo Grove South for both my shoulder and knee. Kim has worked with both my brother and I to get us back to 100% for our sports. At the first appointment, we set an end goal which is very helpful as we work through the recovery process. Everyone at Athletico are very kind people, they are great with scheduling, helping to set up the next task, and great conversationalists. I always feel welcome and Kim makes Physical Therapy a lot better.

The therapists here saved my quality of life. I had multiple fractures, extensive scaring and 23 pieces of titanium to repair my radius and ribs. They helped regain mobility and learn to use mobility exercises maintain the use of my arm.

I have been here for my past 2 shoulder surgeries and have been more than happy with the staff and the work that they do. It is a super friendly team that cares about you and your health!

I had a condition with my shoulder and severe pain, etc hence was prescribed physical therapy. I picked this place as it was recommended by the physician plus closer to home and covered by my insurance. This was one of the best decisions I made. Toby is one of the best (if not the best), he took time during the first session to go over the problem and accurate measurements, areas where, how, when etc the pain started. Then accurately pin pointed the areas and prescribed the exercises. He started with some acupressure to relive the pain and that immediately helped and made my feel better by 25% in the first session itself. Then the regular exercises made me almost 75% better within the first 2 weeks of my 4 week program. I'm at the end of my program and 100% back to where I was. Thank you Toby. Also the facility is very clean and constantly cleaned so I didn't see any issues during covid. Moreover, the front office staff is also very helpful in scheduling appointments. All in all, if need be (hope never) this would be the go-to place for physical therapy in this area.
