Going to this post office is like taking a trip to hell. Tanisha is about one of the rudest clerks I have ever dealt with anywhere. Horrible attitude and God forbid you have a question. Really doesn't listen to you but has all the answers. Never enough clerks and just a hassle to go into. She could learn a thing or two from some of the others clerks in regards to nice customer service.
So many bad reviews from people complaining about things that are beyond the agents’ control. I own a small business & bring my packages to this location weekly (most of the time every single day) for shipping out & I am always met with efficient and fast service. If you want to socialize with the agents, this is not the place for you, but it’s the post office, so you shouldn’t be trying to socialize anyways. Mail your stuff & leave. THANK YOU USPS— YOUR SERVICE IS APPRECIATED!
Ms Tanisha is so kind and helpful . Yesterday I have been to this facility for returning a parcel , she was so quick to provide me a sharpie and very fast and good in customer service . Thanks for your help .
I come here often.nThe lady that is at the counter during the 9am shift needs better training & better costumer service. I ship collectable cards.nAbout 2 weeks ago I had a package that contained about 30 cards & I got a price of 0.75 cents.nI go into with a package of about 20 cards. I get quoted $3.75nMy other package is about 10 cards I get quoted a price of $4.50nnEverytime I come in she has a very bad attitude & acts like she doesn't want to help people. She also has a bad habit of saying stuff under her breath when a person walks away.
Went in to pick up my packages they stated I needed an ID but I brought in mail and other form of ID card, last time I went in they told me to get my address fixed on my ID and so I did and now that I’m waiting for it in the mail they still can’t give me my packages that I paid for?? They were very rude and everytime I called no one answered and the third time I called they picked up and hung up the phone.
