I must say, this is by far the best Post Office that I have ever visited. Ms. Stephanie is a joy to be around. She is sweet, funny, and has great customer service. I appreciate her thoughtfulness when it comes to customers and assisting them with their mail. You can tell that this post office is a place of order!
Friendly courteous staff. I highly enjoy interacting with Zion postal personnel. Excellent across the board.
Feel bad for the upfront workers, the managers see long lines and all they do is joke around. How hard is it to open a register and help your employees.
I made an appointment for a passport and they decided to cancel it without telling me. The girls reason was she was alone and oh well nothing she can do GHETTO FABOLOUS AT ITS FINEST SMH horrible service
BY FAR THE WORST MISS_MANAGED POST OFFICE I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH IN MY ENTIRE LIFE!!! The POSTMASTER here has not one single control over ANYTHING or ANYONE! From no package scans, to employee miss-scans, to not even picking up scheduled pickups, to RUDE CLERKS, to LAZY WORKERS inside/out who do not want to walk to front doors and do not want to help you inside, to excuses for everything that goes wrong, to broken promises. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS ONE. And DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT relying on them for your BUSINESS needs either!!
