We booked a flight for a certain time, August 3, 2017 12:45am we got to the airport where several other passengers are waiting and are told that the flight we were suppose to board (Y4 0935) doesn't exist. We then check online and it saying we are now suppose to leave at 1:25pm August 3,2017 on flight (Y4 955) For more than obvious reasons we booked a specific time flight to arrive at our destination at a specific time. Now when we're trying to check in online it shows that the 14 year old passenger is listed as an adult and we can't check him in because it only goes to Date of year to 1999. He was born in 2003! Overall, this is a complete and blatant disregard to us as far as travel. We arrived at the airport and then had to have our ride turn back after they were 3/4 of the way back to their home. Never again will I use this agency!!!! Our whole vacation is ruined! I've spent more money trying to correct your mistakes then it's worth! This is a complete nightmare! WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE EVER! We have been traveling for years and never experienced such a disaster!
