Very efficient customer service, professional & helpful. Highly recommend.
Always excellent service and knowledge about mailing procedure. I live in yorkville, but always drive out of the way to this location because these people know what they are doing unlike Yorkville.
I have been here multiple times to drop off packages after work. I love how quick they are and how they are open until 6:30. I don't have any complaints, this post office is great!
My favorite post office to get things shipped out of. Usps at this location exceeds and it shows. Amy did a very god job at being efficient, having a wonderful wonderful attitude to help make my day better, and overall made everything smooth. I hope to stop by here again.
Rude employees. The woman told me If I sent my ups return via the postal service it would take way longer and I shouldn’t do it. I told her I want to anyway the man next to her proceeded to tell me I couldn’t and he doesn’t even know what would happen to my package after I give it to him. Super weird experience lazy rude workers! The customer service rep at Nike told me to take it to the postal service and they told me no. Definitely won’t be back here.
