Its a good spot

We live here and like how quiet it is at night. Everyone is pretty good here. The management is really nice here too.

The towing policy is aa double edge sword. After 11pm on the street you get towed. Keeps the streets clear, but hurts residents doing remodeling work and can't pull in their driveways. You can see it also by the number of cars parked on 1300 West as well blocking and hurting traffic on that road. Semis even park out there and have caused accidents or blocked school buses making kids walk through the road into traffic.

Love the place. Coming here for 30 years! Getting super crowded..
