With a 3+ 2 offer running here I picked up quite a lot of stuff. Especially nice is the i phone covers section with a variety of nice designs at bargain prices. The hair accessories are also really nice. For accessories I think this brand is just superb and has everything....clips, hair bands, wedding special accessories, faux nails etc. Superb place to shop for girls. The I phone covers are just too good
I went to get my ears pierced here and I was so upset by the experience! The associate was unclear on the procedure and the price. When I went to checkout, she never told me my total and when I asked how much I was being charged, I was in shock! I was being charged double what I had thought. I was clearly upset and the associate told me there was nothing she could do about it. When I asked to speak with a manager, I was given the wrong number. I've been a customer of Claire's for as long as I can remember and this is by far the worst experience I've had. Do not go to this location if you're looking for satisfaction.
Great helpful staff and great deals!
The whole experience was horrible. Too many things wrong. If the manager is like that way today, go to a different Claire's. That woman is a twit. She acts like a burned out waitress. Sickening
