It's unexpected and surprisingly sad to see how the salespersons greet you at the door- ” Maam, we close in 5 mins”, it seemed like I was a bother that I walked it. NEVER experienced that at other Loft stores. Will never return back to this location.nFirst of all, the Mall hours we're till 7:00 pm, didn’t pay attention that Loft is one of the stores that close at 6:00. I don't think I deserve to be yelled at if I'm walking in 5 mins before store is closing.

They didn't have what we were looking for at all, but the store was nice itself. Looked clean and well kept up. Didn't see much employees working so no hello or goodbye. Overall, was a good experience just not great, and that's because we couldn't find any of the three items we were looking for. Thanks anyways!

Most times I come here, it’s a normal experience. Nothing more, nothing less than what one would expect when shopping for clothes. However, today their customer service was really at its worst.nMy mother and I were about to be assisted at check out but then this woman entered the store, cut in front of us, and the employee 1 walked away to help her find something, leaving us (the line of people) alone at the desk. Employee 1 did not tell anyone to come help us. So there was an accumulating line of people waiting unattended. We made eye contact with employee 2 multiple times, so I’m sure she saw the line.nEmployee 2 was not helping another customer, she was organizing clothing, so I don’t understand what would keep her from tending to the customers waiting for checkout.nAnyway, 10-15 minutes pass and then employee 2 finally comes up to the desk and begins to help check us out. (Employee 1 didn’t return until later)nI guess you could say that we were at fault fornnot calling over the 2nd employee, however that should not be the customer’s responsibility.nunfortunately, we were running on a schedule (as most people are), and if it weren’t for this delay, we would’ve been on time. Please be timely in serving customers.
