Ideal Mobile Home Park

I have never been to the park so this is not a review on the park but more so of the owner. The owner offered my husband a job, gave him a date to move (as we currently live out of state). Husband tried getting into contact with the owner to verify everything was going to work out after the owner had already given the okay and told us to give 30 days notice to our current landlord. Owner then went on vacation and would not respond to my husbands texts. Husband finally talked to the owner 08/04/2020 asked again if everything was still going to be fine with us moving up into a place the owner had said he was going to set up for us, was told yes everything is still fine and that he would see us on the 15th of August. Today 08/05/2020 (10 days before the move) was told not to come that he has someone else doing the job that my husband was going to do. In my opinion that is not very professional of a business owner to do to someone with such short notice. Especially when we live out of state and now have to figure out where to live.

My employer set up a trailer for me to live in, while working in the Salt Lake City area. Prior to that, I had been staying in an Airbnb in Ogden Utah. At first I was a bit hesitant with the idea of a trailer, but the people who own, as well as the manager, of Ideal Mobile Home Park are awesome to work with and they take very good care of the park itself. Richard, the manager of Ideal, takes pride in the Mobile Home Park and goes out if his way to help the residents, no matter what the problem might be. They have laundry facilities, as well as a shower house to use when needed. I have spent almost six months there and I will be kinda sad to leave the park when the time comes.

Seems quiet for the most part alote of mobile home trailers and motor home /trailers mix it looks like it could defenetly be cozy quiet and not to expensive

Total garbage fire. I'm surprised I wasn't shot or stabbed.
